What else do we do with your data?
We use your data for a variety of purposes.
After this you can see which goals these are. In doing so, we use information received from you, as well as information collected by us. For example, information about your visit to our website.
Deliver your order
For your order we have your name, e-mail address, address(es), payment details and also your phone number.
This allows us to deliver your order and keep you informed about the status of your order.
We also give your information to others when necessary for an order, for example to delivery services and our distribution centre.
Your account
In your account at printingambitions.com, we store, among other things, the following information: your name, address(es), telephone number, email address, delivery and payment information, and information and interests provided (for example, if we asked you about your date of birth).
It's handy, because you don't have to enter these data again and again. This is already automatically in the system when you log in.
Newsletters
You can sign up for our monthly newsletters. This will keep you up to date with our new products and offers.
Reviews
We love reviews. This is where we can measure our quality of service. If you want to write a review, you can choose whether your personal data or your name will be visible to other visitors and whether we can contact you about your review. We keep track of who writes which review.
Contests
When you take part in an action such as a photo contest or a competition, we ask for your name, address and e-mail address. In this way we can carry out the action and announce the winner(s). We also measure the response to our advertising campaigns.
Improvement of our store and service
We are constantly working to improve our services. That is why we can use your data to ask you if you want to participate in a customer or market research without any obligation. Sometimes others do that research for us. We will provide you with an e-mail address other than your own. That other person must, of course, also comply with our privacy rules. For example, your e-mail address must be deleted at the end of the research.
Fraud & Crime
Nobody wants fraud & crime, neither do we. That's why we use customer data to investigate, prevent and combat fraud. If necessary, we give customer data to the government.
Subsequent payment
If you buy items that you do not want to pay for immediately, we can check your creditworthiness. We can make use of external agencies for this purpose. This is also stated in our general terms and conditions (Article 5, paragraph 4). For that credit examination, we may give your information to others who may only use it for that purpose. In addition, we may call you to remind you of an invoice that has expired. Sometimes others make that phone call for us. We may also pass on your details to a collection agency and/or bailiff who collects unpaid invoices on our behalf.
