Last March, we completed a wonderful project, namely providing the wall decorations for 260 bungalows for a large Dutch bungalow park on the Veluwe. We were entrusted with the task of decorating the living rooms, bedrooms and children's rooms for these bungalows. The images were in the theme of the surroundings of the park and we were able to work with beautiful shapes of wall decoration, such as hexacons, triangles and round shapes of wood or Dibond panels in frames. These frames were specially tailored to the colour of the client. We also delivered wall panels that were framed with indirect lighting and Forex panels that were framed in a photo frame.
At CRE8, we like to work together. During this project, we worked together with our Martin Groenewege of Tachup Deco Projects. Martin is specialised in supervising interior projects. He looks beyond the image and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
Logistic perfection is cost-saving
We already mentioned that we at CRE8 consider the logistics process very important. Especially in large-scale projects like this, it is very important that you have the process under control. And we have that at CRE8.
That is also what distinguishes us in the market, because in the field of logistics, we often hear that things go wrong in reality. Relieving the customer is of utmost importance to us. We make sure that the so-called train keeps running.
In the case of the bungalow park, we ensured that the wall decorations were delivered to each bungalow, numbered, at pre-arranged times. The wall decorations were therefore delivered at exactly the same time as the assembly team was present. The advantage of this was that everything went very quickly and the bungalows could be rented as normal, because the assembly time was greatly reduced.
Relieve the customer, that's what we do!
Numbering the wall decorations per cottage and planning them so that they are delivered precisely on time when the assembly team is at the house, requires an enormous amount of control in the process. It starts with the delivery of the materials such as wood, hanging systems and packaging materials. But also during the processing we have to make sure that the correct deco is assigned to the right house with the appropriate hanging system. This is important, because you don't want the hanging system at cottage 3 to be different from that at cottage 123. Everything must be standardised, from the type of material to the distances between the hanging systems. This way you get the best end result.
We always double-check everything. Every illuminated frame is connected and tested to see if it actually works. You don't want it to not work on delivery. Nothing is more annoying for the end customer if they cannot rent out the house because the delivery has not yet been approved. We completed this project to the complete satisfaction of the end customer. And we are also proud of this project...and our team!
My clients see me as a natural extension of their staff. An external colleague as an extension and added value when a project is in full swing and in preparation.
This gives the regular staff more time to occupy themselves with their own tasks. All this in the atmosphere and the way of thinking that my relationship works. To do this well, I need partners who are an extension of me. Partners who can fulfil my advice and promises to the client, who can take the hassle out of it and think along with me through the entire process, from production to realisation. CRE8 is a partner that does this excellently at every stage of the process.
